Mutant Auctions is a revolutionary new way of shopping for products, allowing you to get great deals. We offer a unique twist on auctions. Instead of selling products to the highest bidder, we offer them to the lowest unique bidder. This means that you may be able to get expensive products at an incredible discount.

How do I place bids?

You must purchase credits in order to place bids. Each bid that you make will deduct a certain amount of credits from your account. Most auctions cost 1 credit to bid in, but some auctions might cost less or more. Have a look at the details page for an auction to find out how much a bid in a specific auction costs.

Are credits refundable?

As per our Terms and Conditions, credits cannot be refunded for any reason.

How are products shipped?

Products are via courier or first class post so that they can get from our offices to your door faster.

Are the products which you ship new?

All products are brand-new and factory sealed. Consequently, all products are shipped in their original packaging. Since we want to respect this, we cannot open packages before we send them to you even if you make a specific request for us to do so.

What guarantee comes with the products?

All products are brand new, and come with the full manufacturer's guarantee. This guarantee applied for purchases made in the United Kingdom. If you reside outside of the United Kingdom, the manufacturer might have alternative procedures for respecting the warrantee, but this depends on the manufacturer.
